ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR NEAR THE BUILDINGS - violators will be evicted. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the condo. Additionally, smoking is prohibited on the outside lanai, hallways, stairwells and pool area. There is a designated outdoor smoking area, located about 1/2 way between the buildings and the roads.

Here's how reservations are handled:
You need to provide me your name, address, phone number, email address and desired dates. Feel free to call or email any questions.
I'll enter a reservation into our rental agent's reservation system and email you a copy.
You'll need to call our rental agent's 800 number to place the deposit and final payment (all payments are made to our rental agent)
When you arrive at Sanibel you'll pick up the keys at the rental agent's office.
