WIFI Wireless high speed Internet - (we have our own cable modem in our condo so we have a strong wireless signal as well as a direct ethernet connection)
There is no oil from the Deepwater Horizon blowout currently on any Sanibel or Captiva beaches. As a precaution, we have implemented a refund policy in the event that oil does wash onto the beaches, and the beaches are closed by local health officials. This policy assures renters that official closure of the beaches by City of Sanibel or Lee County authorities will qualify those renters for a proportionate refund for days remaining in their rental period. This policy is coordinated through our rental agent.

Here's how reservations are handled:
You need to provide me your name, address, phone number, email address and desired dates. Feel free to call or email any questions.
I'll enter a reservation into our rental agent's reservation system and email you a copy.
You'll need to call our rental agent's 800 number to place the deposit and final payment (all payments are made to our rental agent)
When you arrive at Sanibel you'll pick up the keys at the rental agent's office.
